I would recommend every adult read / listen to this. it is an interesting book and a better answer to what does a man look like. I think more will sink in on repeated readings as I went through it pretty quick and it didnt seem super well written (many of the chapters could be combined as not much new thought is added in some, make sit repetitive) or edited.
